This tea is usually drunk hot, but since it is hot outside, so I decided to try it cold. And it turns out that this tea mixes very well in cold water, The container also suggests that the tea can be used in a smoothie, so I tried it with vanilla yogurt and also almond milk, Green matcha tea is not sweet and has very little flavor on its own. You may want to sweeten with stevia or use sweetened almond or cashew milk for smoothies. Follow the directions carefully for 1/2 tsp per 12 oz of water or the tea will have a grainy texture. Medicinally green matcha tea is very cooling in the summer and I feel that I have increased energy.
