Food Safety Policy

Due to food safety regulations and the protection of our customers, all matcha and other food products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

As these are consumable food items, we cannot restock or resell products that have left our facility. This policy ensures the highest level of safety, quality control, and product integrity for all customers.


Try Before You Buy

We understand that taste, color, and texture preferences may vary. For this reason, we offer small sample sizes for purchase so customers can evaluate the product before committing to larger quantities.

We strongly encourage new customers—especially wholesale buyers—to purchase samples first to ensure the product meets their expectations before placing larger orders.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all items and quantities selected at checkout are correct. Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preference
  • Color variation between harvests
  • Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer

Matcha is a natural agricultural product, and slight variations in color, aroma, and flavor may occur from season to season due to climate and growing conditions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part.
