Ginger Ale Matcha

The combination of green matcha and the strongly spicy and sweet taste of ginger beer makes for a drink that will really perk you up! This drink is perfect after a heavy meal digestif, the ginger is soothing, and of course, the caffeine from the matcha keeps away the after meal sluggishness. If you find you need a lighter ginger taste, substitute ginger ale for the same effect.

Ginger Ale Matcha Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Sweet Matcha

  • 1 oz of hot water

  • Cup of ice cubes

  • Can of Ginger Ale


Preparation

  1. Insert water to a tall glass, add Matcha and mix it until smooth using milk frother.

  2. Add ice cubes and Ginger Ale to the glass.
