It gives energy, but don’t try tasting this outside a smoothie or blended in some drink.

This is one of the few supplements I take that works for me! Gives me increased energy, focus, and stamina. I use it in my coffee every morning. I would recommend that you mix it with a suitable beverage, though.

I take this every morning in a blend of blueberry kefir chlorella and spirulina. All I know is I feel I am doing something great for my body when I drink this combo every morning.

Wonderful! First use I noticed immediate sharpening of my visual acuity. With repeated use, more nourishing to muscles, bones, blood and kidneys. A wonderful product, and easy way to get into shilajit. Next time I'll feel ready for the black gooey kind.

I take this only once a day in the morning, 1/8 tsp mixed into warm milk. Taste like an earthy coffee. Don’t mind the taste at all. Feel energized and more focused during the day.

Just what I was looking for, love the product.

I was merely curious when I ordered this volcanic fulvic mineral powder. It was a good price, good quality, delivered quickly via regular delivery fee. I used only a small amount, it came with a wooden spoon scoop, but I only used the handle with about 1/4 inch on it, maybe 250mg. I mixed with my protein powder, has slight mineral taste, not bitter, not gritty. It seemed to supercharge my digestion tract and burn up all of the food much more efficiently. Provided more energy too. I would recommend for anyone with digestive issues. Seems to make for more complete nutrition. I think that 2 ounces would last many months based on the small dosage that seems to work well.
