    Indulgent dark cacao flavor!

    When it comes to cacao and chocolate, for me, it's all about the darker, the better. I don't like the overly sweet stuff, and this cacao powder has the flavor I look for: rich, bitter with a hint of fermented cacao beans, indulgent, and complex. This cocoa makes a vibrant and tasteful drink when mixed with water or milk.

    I use it for hot drinks, not baking, so the flavor is not concealed by other ingredients. This cocoa has a smooth flavor and no acid or alkali overtones or burnt aftertaste.

    I’ve tried a few from different companies, and many are bitter, so they require a lot of sweeteners. This cocoa, when mixed with a bit of hot water and honey plus a cup of warm milk, could pass for hot chocolate.

    Nice Dark Chocolate Flavor

    I recently used this product to create a rich chocolate frosting for a cake. It turned out great! Be warned, this is not a hot chocolate powder mix. It seems that some confuse cocoa powder and hot chocolate powder mix. This cocoa powder is meant to be used in baking. If you’re expecting it to be sweet, it isn’t. You need to add sugar.
