Organic Starter Matcha

Made for your kitchen

Organic Starter Matcha is our basic culinary matcha powder from China, designed mainly for cooking, baking and adding to smoothies. Its earthy, nutty flavor can be quite bitter when whisked with water, so it works best blended with other ingredients.

Expect a naturally muted olive-yellow color rather than the vivid green of premium ceremonial matcha.
