Iced Matcha Watermelon
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Matcha
Ice
Optional: Tiny watermelon wedges
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together matcha and water.
Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth.
Into two cups filled with ice, pour in the watermelon puree first, then the Matcha.
Garnish with tiny watermelon wedges.

Matcha Mint Tea
Ingredients
2 cups cold filtered water
2 tsps Matcha
Ice
1 lime, sliced
Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Scoop and sift Matcha into a bowl or wide cup.
Add 4 oz. cold water and whisk until foam appears and the matcha is fully suspended in liquid.
Add remaining cold water, a squeeze of lime, fresh mint leaves, and ice.
Stir until fully mixed.
Serve in a tall glass over ice, garnish with more mint leaves and a lime slice.

Matcha Melon Smoothie
Ingredients
½ large honeydew melon
1 tsp honey
¼ cup almond milk
1 to 2 tsps Matcha
Preparation
Cut up honeydew melon into small chunks.
Slice the banana into one-inch pieces.
Blend until smooth.
Yields one to two servings.

Matcha Mint Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients Chia pudding:
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
½ tsp mint extract
1½ tbsp Matcha
½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
Top layer:
½ cup yogurt of choice
2 small banana
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup almond milk
Preparation
Mix your chia seeds, almond milk, mint extract, Matcha, and maple syrup in a bowl, and whisk until everything is incorporated.

Mint Chocolate Matcha
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1 tsp Matcha
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender except for the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
Once smooth, add in the chocolate chips or cacao nibs; pulse once or twice.
